During the present temporary suspension in meetings, and whilst still continuing to rehearse “Ladies Day” remotely, the Thesps “Theatre of the Air!” have recorded a further instalment of “Pandemic Stories”. This second play has been written by Andy Harris & Morven Robinson and has been recorded remotely, as was the first play, using “Zoom”.

For this play Thesps regulars have been joined by Brett Barnett  as “Tom” and  Lauran Thomas playing a dual role as sisters “Jenny” and “Amber” and although only 10 years old she gave a great performance.  Brett is known for producing his own Podcast audio productions called “Quietly Yours”.

Other cast members are:  Morven Robinson (“Tina”), Fiona Gaulty (“Beth”), Andy Harris (“Paul”), Hannah Studd (“Annie”) and Karen MacQuarrie (“Newsreader”).

This Thespians’ second audio presentation may not be the last depending on how long all this goes on!
