REHEARSALS/ NEW MEMBERS/ THESPS MONDAY CLUB
Please note that at present we are holding fortnightly Play Readings. These will be held on TUESDAY NOVEMBER 12th, TUESDAY NOVEMBER 26th & TUESDAY DECEMBER 3rd. 7pm – 9pm. Anyone who is interested in joining us is welcome to come along to any or all of these readings. As the theatre will then be hosting the Real Music Centre’s pantomime “Cinderella” & we will then be into Christmas week etc., we will re-start rehearsals/readings on Tuesday January 21st 2025 – weather permitting!
As always, new members are always welcome whether on stage or off and in particular we are looking for someone to take on the job of “Props” & also Wardrobe. An invitation is also extended to anyone to join the Thesps “Monday Club”. This is a group of retired members who meet each Monday morning between 9am and 12pm to carry out routine maintenance of the theatre and also set-building. If you feel that any of these vital backstage roles is for you, or who would like to “tread the boards, please contact us though the website. If the “Monday Club” interests you just come along and meet us any Monday morning!
